If you believe that content available through our service infringes your copyright, please notify us immediately so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, your written complaint must include all of the following elements. Missing any item may invalidate your notice.

Location of the Alleged Infringing Material
- Provide the exact location or description of where the material appears on our service
- Include URLs, channel names, content titles, or any relevant identifying details
Required Legal Statements
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
- A declaration under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

- Your physical or electronic signature (typed full name is accepted)
Once we receive your notice, our team follows a structured review process to ensure every valid complaint is handled promptly and fairly.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability, including damages, attorneys' fees, and court costs.
IPTVNorth.ca reserves the right to disregard or reject any notice that appears to be submitted in bad faith, is materially incomplete, or contains information we reasonably believe to be false.
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same contact email address. Counter-notices are governed by Section 512(g) of the DMCA.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of Canadian courts
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, IPTVNorth.ca will notify the original claimant and may reinstate the content within 10–14 business days, unless the claimant files a court action to prevent reinstatement.
IPTVNorth.ca will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion. This policy is applied consistently and in compliance with the DMCA's safe harbor provisions.
We reserve the right to remove any content — without prior notice — that appears to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
